Hello, my name is Julieth Andrea Angarita Ospina, with file number 2721689. My instructor is Jenny Ordoñez and the name of this activity is "Audio about the trajectory, actions, and solutions in the work and academic context."

This activity invites me to share with you how I adapted flexibility to a situation in the work or academic context. In this case, I will talk about how I changed careers during the pandemic.

In 2020, I finished my degree in Early Childhood Education. If I had not found a job in my field, I would probably have chosen to:

If I had the opportunity:

• Pursue a master's degree in education.

• Specialize in a specific area of pedagogy.

• Dedicate myself to educational research.

However, the difficulty of finding a job in my field led me to make a different decision. Together with my sister, we started an advertising company. If we had not had the family and financial support, the company might not have prospered.

My experience in the company led me to explore new areas. I started doing designs, finishing products, operating machines, and attending to customers. If I had not been willing to learn and adapt, I would not have been able to develop these new skills.

This experience motivated me to make important decisions for my future. I am currently studying advertising development at SENA to expand my knowledge and offer better services to the company I work for. In the future, I plan to finish my technologist degree at SENA and grow together with the company. I am sure that the new knowledge I acquire will allow me to assume greater responsibilities and become a leader within the organization. If I achieve my goals, I will be able to contribute to the success of the company and the development of my community.
